Eagles' Sanders off IR, expected to play vs. N.O.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders has been activated off injured reserve after missing three games with an ankle injury. He is expected to play Sunday against the New Orleans Saints, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
